Woodbury, NJ – Today, Steve Sweeney has unveiled a new ad, titled “Health,” as part of a seven-figure ad buy. In “Health,” Steve touts his record of lowering healthcare costs in New Jersey, protecting mental health and drug treatment, and delivering billions of dollars in savings on prescription drugs. Steve is also a deeply-committed advocate for the disability community because it’s personal to him. Inspired by his daughter, Lauren, Steve will never stop fighting to make sure people with disabilities are treated fairly by the law and given the respect they deserve.

Steve Sweeney: “When our daughter was born with Down Syndrome, I got a crash course in how messed up the healthcare system really is. That’s why I ran for office. I lowered prescription drug costs and cracked down on the grifters skimming off the top, and we forced insurance companies to cover mental health and drug treatment. I’m Democrat Steve Sweeney.
