#STOPTHEBANS DAY OF ACTION IN NEW JERSEY – ACTIONS PLANNED IN SOMERVILLE, MONTCLAIR AND MAPLEWOOD

Three Pro-Choice events are being planned in New Jersey for the evening of Tuesday, May 21 as part of the National Call for Action issued to #StopTheBans on abortion.

Event 1: WE WON’T GO BACK!

What: A vigil in memory of those who lost their lives to pre-Roe back-alley abortions. Attendees are asked to bring wire hangers to be collected and delivered to the sponsors of bill A5287. What: All across the country, people are fighting back against the unconstitutional, anti-abortion rhetoric and dangerous assault on women’s health care as was recently passed by Alabama’s near-abortion ban.
