Sweeney and Smith to Tour Site of Upcoming Piscataway Community Center

Trenton – Senate President Steve Sweeney and Senator Bob Smith will tour the construction site of the upcoming community center in Piscataway on Monday, March 2.

The hour-long tour, open to press, will begin at 12:30 P.M. at the construction site: 520 Hoes Ln, Piscataway, NJ 08854.

The community center is a $32 million project and is set to open in May. It will include an aquatic center with three pools, a full-size basketball court with an overhead running track and a fitness center. It will also house dance and art studios, a youth activity room, a community room, men’s, women’s and family locker rooms, a café and a large space for group meetings.
