Sweeney Urges Action by FDA to Counter Dangers of Vaping

Senate President Steve Sweeney now wants state Treasurer Elizabeth Muoio to comment on when the funds will be released.

 

Trenton – Senate President Steve Sweeney sent the attached correspondence to Norman E. Sharpless, M.D., the Acting Commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, urging action by the FDA to counter the ill effects and dangers of vaping, e-cigarettes and other electronic smoking devices, especially the steps that should be taken to protect young people.
