Team Fulop Hits the Ground Running as Bergen County Commissioner Candidates File First Ballot Petitions
Early Momentum Builds with Over 600 Signatures Submitted in Key County
BERGEN COUNTY, N.J. — Today, Bergen County Commissioner candidates Chris Chung, John Vitale, and Dolores Witko became the first from Team Fulop’s slate to file their ballot petitions, submitting 630 signatures and setting the pace in one of New Jersey’s most competitive counties.
“This is what real leadership looks like,” said Fulop. “While others are still getting organized, Chris, John, and Dolores have already stepped up, put in the work, and shown they are ready to fight and win. This kind of energy and discipline is exactly what will define our campaign and lead us to victory.”
This year, Bergen County candidates face a significantly higher signature requirement, increasing from 100 to 298. Rather than slowing them down, Team Fulop’s early filing highlights their strong organization and grassroots support. By being first to submit, these candidates are making a clear statement about the campaign’s momentum and their commitment to winning.
