Tedesco Commends Murphy Nomination of Marlene Caride

(Hackensack)- Today, New Jersey Governor-Elect Phil Murphy announced that he will nominate Assemblywoman Marlene Caride to serve as the Commissioner of the Department of Banking and Insurance.  Bergen County Executive Jim Tedesco released the following statement about the selection:

“Phil Murphy continues to assemble an impressive cabinet with his selection of Assemblywoman Marlene Caride to lead the Department of Banking and Insurance. For the past six years, Marlene Caride has thoughtfully and effectively served the people of northern New Jersey in the General Assembly, and I’m confident she will bring that same approach to public service on behalf of all New Jersey residents in her new role.”
