As a young African American male who was born and raised on the South side of Jersey City, I have seen the ups and downs of issues plaguing the Greenville community for years. When Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop was sworn into his seat, he made a promise he would never leave anyone behind. Due to his leadership, the South side of Jersey City has seen a drastic change towards positivity. While no public official is perfect, he made a commitment along with his team to ensure black and brown families have a seat at the table. He has invested millions of dollars into affordable housing by developing on the South side of Jersey City and has led the charge on key progressive issues to ensure Jersey City is on the map.

Without a doubt, I support Mayor Fulop for re-election as Mayor of Jersey City. Jersey City continues to be a destination for shopping, dining, and investing. Just look at SciTech SCity that will be coming to Jersey City. This is a STEM school that will be located in the South side of Jersey City thanks to Mayor Fulop and his team.

Lastly, Mayor Fulop couldn’t have produced these real results without his council team. It’s important Jersey City continues to move forward by re-electing Mayor Fulop and his entire council slate.
