T&M WELCOMES New regional practice leader

MIDDLETOWN, N.J. – T&M Associates, a leading national consulting, engineering, environmental, and technical services company, is pleased to welcome Mark Vizzini, PLA, LEED-AP, to the T&M team as Regional Practice Leader for the Site Development practice in the Northeast Region. He will be responsible for providing team vision and leadership, developing a growth strategy, championing technical expertise and standards, client engagement, and pursuing new regional opportunities.

Vizzini has over 27 years of experience in design, project management, and client relations throughout the Northeast region. He has directed projects across diverse asset classes in both the private and public sectors, including mixed-use, multi-family residential, industrial/warehousing, urban redevelopment, rooftop amenity spaces, and parks and open space. His expertise covers a broad spectrum of services, including project programming and community engagement, site analysis, site design and master planning, permitting, and construction administration. Before coming to T&M, he was the Associate Director of Land Development at Dresdner Robin. While there, he managed the growth and development of the site/civil engineering and landscape architecture practices, QA/QC, and provided expert witness testimony to support projects or public presentations.  In addition, Vizzini led the firm’s business development initiatives.

Vizzini earned his Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University. When he’s not watching one of his three kids play sports, you can find him hiking with his dog, playing golf, skiing, fishing, or working around his house in Vernon, N.J., while listening to music.
