The Tri-State Transportation Campaign released a white paper, NJ Transit: An Agency in Need of Reform, in order to recommend best practices for NJ Transit’s Board of Directors’ composition and duties, our report examines SEPTA, RIPTA, and MBTA, as well as other experts in transit agency governance, to arrive at a suite of recommendations for restructuring NJ Transit’s board.
