Tucker Statement on Supreme Court draft decision to overturn Roe v Wade

I am extremely disappointed to learn that the Supreme Court is headed in the wrong direction in 2022. The draft decision to overturn Roe v Wade is harmful to all American women. It is especially detrimental to women in underserved low-income communities.

I am grateful that earlier this year in New Jersey we took steps to protect a woman’s right to choose.
