VETERAN POLITICAL OPERATIVE JUSTIN SHOHAM JOINS THE LINDA WEBER FOR CONGRESS CAMPAIGN

Justin Shoham, former Chief of Staff to Assemblyman Raj Mukherji and Sheriff Joe Cryan, recently joined the Linda Weber for Congress campaign as the Political Director and finance consultant. Linda Weber is a finance and technology executive who is seeking the Democratic nomination for Congress to unseat Rep. Leonard Lance in the 7th District in New Jersey. She is most known for her trailblazing work leading the development of some of the nation’s first customer online banking platforms.

“Linda Weber is an impressive candidate who has spent her career shattering glass ceilings and producing results,” stated Justin Shoham. “Donald Trump’s chaotic leadership, divisive rhetoric, and destructive policies are hurting New Jersey residents, and the only way to hold him accountable is to elect leaders who are willing and capable of doing so. Rep. Leonard Lance has demonstrated that he is unwilling to stand up to Trump, and in fact, he votes with him 93% of the time. It is imperative that we bring change to Washington, and I am confident that Linda will be successful in the June primary and the November general election.”

In addition to his work with Assemblyman Raj Mukherji and Sheriff Joe Cryan, Justin was a political staffer for Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. He has also worked on various New Jersey legislative races. In 2015 and 2016, he was named to PolitickerNJ’s annual 30 under 30 list.
“Justin’s extensive knowledge of the district and significant campaign experience make him a tremendous asset to our team,” said Linda Weber. “He is a respected and sought-after political talent, so we’re fortunate to have him on our campaign.”

Linda, a Berkeley Heights resident, launched her campaign on Mother’s Day on MSNBC. She is a mother of two, a community leader, and a Senior Vice President at IDB Bank. She is known in the district for her leadership raising millions for cancer patients and research as the five-time Chair of the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life in northern Union County. She is also a past President of the Berkeley Heights Woodruff School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).
