Video: Caputo on Historical Horse Racing Hearing

            (TRENTON) – Assemblyman Ralph Caputo (D-Essex) discusses Thursday’s hearing on historical horse racing.

            Historical racing terminals allow patrons to wager on previously recorded live horse races from across the United States. Identifying information such as the location and date of the race, and the names of the horses and jockeys are not shown.

            The hearing was held by the Assembly Tourism, Gaming & the Arts Committee chaired by Caputo.
