John Merla, Chairman of the “Friends Of The Bayshore” and Mark Razzoli, Old
Bridge Councilman and 12th congressional district candidate have joined forces to raise
funding to help Keyport Ministerium Food Pantry and Old Bridge Food Bank to provide
more families food and supplies during this COVID-19 crisis.

We Plan on having a local DJ James Gallo, aka Sway Jay, who has donated his
services to provide an American themed event on Saturday May 2nd between the hours
of 12 noon to 2:00pm. James will play in honor of our Country all American themed songs.
He will be on the top deck of Old Glory Kitchen, 84 Broad Street in Keyport, Facebook
Live via air drone will bring this event live. Old Glory will have food specials all day long
on Saturday to help our event.

Merla said, “how it’s going to work is, residents from all
over our great state and county will have 2 ways of donating to help our food banks”.

“They can drive thru the parking lot in Keyport and drop off donations. There will be
someone in the parking lot with a large bucket as you pass thru you drop into a bucket
and maybe pick up a discounted pizza from Old Glory”, said Razzoli. A second way to
donate is directly through the food banks.
