Re: Warren County Commissioner Announces his Run for Re-election in 2022

Last night, at a Christmas party hosted by the Warren County Republican Committee, Warren County Commissioner Jason Sarnoski announced his run for re-election in 2022.  Jason has served as a Warren County Commissioner, formerly called Freeholder, since 2011.

“In my time as a leader in Warren County I have been a champion for the taxpayer by setting policies that have resulted in record setting tax reductions, I have been a constant advocate for our businesses especially during the difficult times of COVID, I have supported public safety and helped battle the opioid crisis in Warren County, and I have worked to improve our county infrastructure such as our roads, buildings, and educational institutions.”

Jason’s announcement comes with the support of Republican Chairman Doug Steinhardt and the entire Republican Executive Committee, the 23rd and 24th District State Legislators, his colleagues on the Board of County Commissioners, and elected officials in every Warren County municipality.  Warren County Commissioner James Kern III said, “I am proud to endorse Jason for re-election.  Now more than ever, Warren County needs experienced leaders who can help navigate the multiple challenges that we face.  He is an advocate for the taxpayers and a champion for small business throughout the county.  I hope you will join me in supporting Jason next year!”.  Warren County Community College Board of Trustees Chair Yvonne Reitemeyer said, “Jason’s experience as a commissioner and ongoing dedication to the residents of Warren County is unrivaled.  Our work together has helped WCCC be recognized as one of the best community colleges in the country.  I look forward to continuing to work with Jason and fully support his re-election.”

Jason thanked all his supporters and closed by saying, “Together we have done great things for Warren County, and it is only together that we can continue to make this county great.  We must maintain our focus on our small-town way of life and our strong value system that has made us such a close-knit community.  I look forward to continuing my work to make Warren County a safe and affordable place to raise a family, start a business, and enjoy all the beauty that the best county in the state of New Jersey has to offer.”
