Warren County Democrats Kick Off Election Season with Grand Opening of 2018 Campaign Headquarters

WASHINGTON, N.J. (Aug. 19, 2018) – Congressional candidate Tom Malinowski, Freeholder candidate John Massaro, and an array of municipal office seekers from across Warren County assembled before a gathering of several dozen supporters at the grand opening for the campaign headquarters of the Warren County Democrats in downtown Washington Borough.

The event featured live entertainment, refreshments, and an opportunity to meet and greet candidates running in Warren County at all levels of elected office in 2018, including federal, county and municipal races.

“Even with the poor weather, we were thrilled to have such a strong and enthusiastic turnout at today’s campaign kickoff event,” said Tom Palmieri, Chair of the Warren County Democratic Committee. “We are proud of the fantastic slate of candidates running at every level here in Warren County, and we look forward to building a strong grassroots base of support as we articulate our vision for vibrant towns and a more prosperous county, as we also do our part to support the blue wave to take back Congress for the people.”

Along with efforts to support the campaigns of Senator Bob Menendez, Representative Josh Gottheimer (CD-5), and Tom Malinowski (CD-7) at the federal level, the Warren County Democrats’ Campaign Headquarters, located at 16 Broad Street in Washington Borough, will be the home base for the countywide campaign to elect John Massaro for Warren County Freeholder. In addition, the office will provide support and collaboration for Democratic municipal campaigns throughout the county, including races in Allamuchy, Belvidere, Blairstown, Greenwich, Hackettstown, Lopatcong, Mansfield, and Washington Borough.
