Wimberly to Host Assembly Housing and Community Development Committee Hearing on Landlord & Tenant Issues
(TRENTON) – Assembly Housing and Community Development Chair Benjie E. Wimberly will convene a hearing at William Paterson University on Wednesday to discuss landlord and tenant concerns impacting affordable housing in New Jersey. The committee will receive testimony from invited speakers and the public.
This marks the fourth and last discussion of the year throughout the state on housing concerns.
The hearing will be held Tuesday, December 18 at 10:00 AM in University Hall Ballroom A, Speert Hall, — William Paterson University, 300 Pompton Road, Wayne, New Jersey.
Among the invited guests: speakers from the New Jersey Apartment Association, Housing and Community Development Network of New Jersey, and New Jersey Tenants Organization.
