GREENBAUM, ROWE, SMITH & DAVIS LLP JOINS GROWING ROSTER OF CIRCULATE NJ COALITION MEMBERS

East Brunswick, N.J. – Circulate NJ today announced that Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is the coalition’s newest member. The law firm joins Circulate NJ’s actively expanding list of 40+ member organizations, with representation from all sectors of the logistics industry—which encompasses the Transportation, Logistics and Distribution (TLD) industries that fuel our supply chain—including port workers, warehouses, retail developers, trucking companies, and more.

The Greenbaum firm has deep roots in New Jersey and a far-reaching knowledge of business and legal issues in the state. Founded in 1914, the firm currently has approximately 100 attorneys practicing in three New Jersey locations. Greenbaum’s primary areas of expertise include real estate, redevelopment and land use, and environmental issues, including a strong reputation for overseeing significant projects involving contaminated site remediation and brownfield cleanups.

  • Supporting more than 400,000 jobs
  • Employing 12% of the state’s private work force and providing 12.7% of New Jersey private sector wages
  • Providing an average $75,000 annual industry salary
  • Contributing $62.5 billion, or 10%, to New Jersey’s overall GDP

Circulate NJ’s members have also been a leader in the environmental cleanup of brownfield sites. These hazardous locations often cost millions to rehabilitate and make usable for the public. Circulate NJ’s members have taken the initiative to clean up and reuse these sites across New Jersey, from Jersey City to Lower Alloways Creek and points in between.
