NJRHA Strengthens Leadership Team with Key Promotions in Advocacy, Membership

TRENTON, NJ – The New Jersey Restaurant & Hospitality Association (NJRHA) is pleased to announce the promotion of Amanda Stone to Vice President of Public Affairs and Emily Najjar to Director of Membership and Industry Relations. These leadership advancements reflect NJRHA’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its advocacy and membership initiatives for New Jersey’s restaurant and hospitality industry.

Amanda Stone, previously NJRHA’s Director of Government Affairs, will now serve as Vice President of Public Affairs. In this role, she will continue to lead the Association’s legislative and regulatory efforts, advocating for policies that support and advance New Jersey’s restaurant and hospitality businesses. With an extensive background in government relations and industry advocacy, Stone has been instrumental in driving key initiatives that protect and promote the interests of NJRHA members, including maintaining fair market value for liquor licenses and preserving the tip credit.

Emily Najjar, formerly NJRHA’s Membership Manager, has been promoted to Director of Membership and Industry Relations. In her new position, Najjar will lead efforts to enhance member engagement, strengthen industry partnerships, and expand NJRHA’s network of restaurant/hotel operators and hospitality professionals. Since joining NJRHA, she has played a crucial role in growing membership and fostering meaningful connections within the industry.
