Reconfigured Frangione Absorbing New Duties Within Murphy Administration

Murphy Chief of Staff George Helmy has moved cabinet affairs under Kathleen Frangione, which she will absorb in addition to her current portfolio.
Frangione will no longer have the title of chief policy adviser, however.
Her title is to be announced.
The administration is in the process of hiring a cabinet secretary who will report directly to Frangione.
If she were smart, she would run - fast! Hey, maybe she hired Alvarez?
