Lilisa Mimms released a thirty-nine page PDF document entitled ‘A Path To Better’, according to a report in the Paterson Times.  A school board commissioner, is running for a Council-at-Large seat in Paterson, announcing in August of last year.

Three seats are up in the Silk City, with incumbents Maritza Davila and Ken Morris up for re-election and the third seat – occupied by Alex Mendez – up for grabs as Mendez seeks the mayor’s seat.
