MOUNT LAUREL – Having formally backed Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli (R-16) for governor, Assemblywoman Maria Rodriguez-Gregg (R-8) said their close proximity in the caucus room makes him a natural for her support.

“We’re all on the same team, and it’s his knowledge of a broad range of issues that distinguishes him,” Rodriguez-Gregg told InsiderNJ as she mingled with other members of the Burlington County Republican Committee Convention this evening.

Ciattarreli is on his way to formalizing the support he will receive from this county organization.

So is former Old Bridge Mayor Art Haney, the challenger to state Senator Sam Thompson (R-12).
