TOMS RIVER – Joseph Rudy Rullo savaged Democrat Phil Murphy in his appearance before Ocean County Republicans tonight at the Clarion.

“We’re going to have to run against the communist Murphy,’ said Rullo. “This guy wants a bank? Are you kidding me? Murphy calling Trump Hitler is the most disgraceful thing on earth.

“If Phil Murphy is elected governor, you will absolutely miss Chris Christie,” added the landscaper by trade.
It was a populist speech from the candidate who prides himself on being an early and avid backer of President Donald J. Trump.

He said he wants to make history this year.

“I’m going to be the first governor from Ocean County,” Rullo told the crowd.

He added in his remarks, “An illegal immigrant will not get free healthcare in a hospital while our veterans are not getting healthcare.”
