Defeated by Paterson Mayor Jose “Joey’ Torres in 2014, Councilman Andre Sayegh today reacted to the troubles of his longtime citywide nemesis.

“If these charges are proven true, this is a devastating day for Paterson,’ Sayegh told InsiderNJ. “It’s no secret I’ve been an outspoken critic of the mayor. I believe he must be held accountable, however these are very serious allegations and he deserves his day in court.”
