Union County Democratic Committee Chairman Nick Scutari stood atop the bloody rags of his own party organization on Tuesday night and resumed command.

Assemblywoman Linda Carter will serve as vice chair.

There were no challengers at Tuesday’s party reorganization meeting held in Kean University’s Downs Hall.

The vote was unanimous.
