The Senate and Assembly have passed the compromise Horizon bill.

The Senate voted on S2, which passed by a vote of 33-1.

The Assembly took up the bill shortly after 1am.  Assemblywoman Muoio moved the bill on the calendar, and an emergency motion moved the bill on third reading, where it passed 71-2-0.

The budget and the Horizon bill now heads to the Governor’s desk.
