Senator Diegnan Talks Transportation and Accessible Child Care with Steve Adubato

Steve Adubato sits down with Senator Patrick Diegnan (D) – NJ, Chair of the Senate Transportation Committee, for a wide-ranging interview, including on the need for accessible and high-quality child care and the disturbing rise in traffic fatalities.

Steve Adubato asks Senator Patrick Diegnan about the status of the Vision Zero task force, which aims to eliminate all traffic fatalities in New Jersey.

Diegnan says, “The thing Steve about New Jersey as you know, it’s such a different state. I mean the issues in Cape May are much different than the issues in Newark when it comes to traffic safety, so we have to get people from all over the state at the table to give their suggestions and observations. That’s what the task force is all about, to basically bring folks together into one room at one time, and try and come up with some solutions.”
