SENATOR WEINBERG’S 2017 WOMEN’S POWER LIST

Congratulations to InsiderNJ on its first 100 Power List and to the 23 women named to the list this year.  There are so many influential women in Trenton and around the state who are making an enormous impact – including a great team of women who worked for the election of our next Governor, notably the next First Lady of New Jersey, Tammy Murphy – so we look forward to the number of women on InsiderNJs list growing each year.
 
 
Certainly, women continue to face challenges in so many arenas, but as we prepare for 2018, I am reminded of how we began 2017 – many of us in Washington, DC, marching for human rights and women’s rights, joined by millions of women and men who participated in sister marches in countries across the globe.
 
 
I am proud to know women throughout our state who are relentless in their commitment to progress and, as we look to the New Year, I am optimistic about the change that we will create in New Jersey – together.
