Backing Democratic challenger Andy Kim in the 3rd Legislative District, state Senator Troy Singleton (D-7) described brisk performance early.

"Turnout looks strong in my legislative district's portion of CD3," Singleton told InsiderNJ. "Senator Menendez will be down here later this morning in Willingboro."
