In response to a TV ad released today by Bob Hugin for Senate, the Menendez Campaign hit back hard in a statement.

“All Bob Hugin can do is attack Senator Menendez because his own record is indefensible,” said Menendez Spokesman Mike Soliman. “Bob Hugin got rich by making cancer drugs more expensive and less available while being accused of trying to market the drugs for unapproved uses.

“He gave huge contributions to right wing organizations who oppose child labor laws and business anti-trust laws that kill competition and allow the rich to get richer while giving millions more to support Republicans like Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell and helped elect Donald Trump president,” Soliman added. “Hugin’s record is completely out of touch with New Jersey.”
