Battleground congressional District 3 is “way too close to call,” according to a Republican source in the Third.

At the moment, according to the source, incumbent U.S. Rep. Tom MacArthur (R-3) is up by just under 500 votes as he tries to stem Democratic challenger Andy Kim.
