Ewing Councilwoman Jennifer Keyes-Maloney is interested in seeking the seat that will be left vacant by Liz Muoio.

A source told InsiderNJ that early conversations indicate she would have broad support from the Township, as well as State-level Trenton establishment and Mercer Dems.

An attorney for the New Jersey Principals and Supervisors Association (NJPSA), Keyes-Maloney is a former fiscal compliance manager for the City of Philadelphia.

Subsequent to the appearance of this piece, the councilwoman told InsiderNJ, “I’m definitely interested and speaking with family and close friends right now.”
