Sue Fulton, an LGBT military organizer and former candidate for Monmouth County Freeholder, will go to the Murphy Administration to head up the Division of Motor Vehicles Commission, InsiderNJ has learned.

A West Point grad, Fulton was an unsuccessful 2016 Democratic candidate for freeholder.
