After flirting with running as a Republican against Edison Mayor Tom Lankey, Keith Hahn has decided to stand down, back Lankey, and remain a Democrat, InsiderNJ has learned.
The local Democratic Committee turned Hahn out of office last week by a single vote, and the GOP wasted no time moving in on him with coffee talks about a potential party switch and challenge to Lankey. Hahn mulled it, but ultimately decided against it, in no small part out of respect to Middlesex County Democratic Committee Chairman Kevin McCabe.
