TRENTON – The bill advanced as a Horizon olive branch by state Senator Joe Vitale (D-19) is hitting turbulence in the senate caucuses.

The Democrats are divided on the merits of the bill, a source told InsiderNJ.

The same source said right now just three Republican members back the bill: retiring state Senator Kevin O’Toole and Senator Dawn Addiego among them.
