Large union support buttressed the usual establishment Passaic County network for Assemblywoman Shavonda Sumter (D-35) at the Brownstone in Paterson tonight, where she held a fundraiser.

Sumter’s name is in the mix for lieutenant governor if Democratic front-runner Phil Murphy nabs his party’s nomination in two weeks.
