TRENTON - After days of posturing, chest thumping, Governor Phil Murphy, Senate President and Speaker Craig Coughlin finally huddled up ahead of today's [bubbleAutoLink text="budget vote" id="31616"] in both houses.

They're meeting in the Governor's office, and still in there, as of 11:30am.
