TRENTON – At the center of attention in a gaggle of reporters, Senate President Steve Sweeney (D-3) said the Senate Budget Committee would hear S-4, the Horizon overhaul bill authored by state Senator Joe Vitale (D-19).

“Joe did a phenomenal job,” said Sweeney of the controversial bill.
