Sweeney and Vitale Sub for Greenstein and Diegnan; Prepare to Pass Horizon Bill Out of Committee
TRENTON – Senate President Steve Sweeney (D-3) has the votes to get S-4 out of the Senate Budget Committee but – at present – not off the full floor.
Why?
Senators Pat Diegnan and Linda Greenstein aren’t here at the budget hearing.
The bill’s author, state Senator Joe Vitale (D-19) and Sweeney himself have subbed in for the other two Middlesex senators who ordinarily sit on budget.
