Bergen’s Tedesco Issues Executive Order Closing Ramapo Valley County Reservation, Campgaw Mountain Reservation and Darlington County Park to the Public During COVID-19 Pandemic
Hackensack, N.J. – Bergen County Executive Jim Tedesco today Issued Executive Order 2020-01D to close Ramapo Valley County Reservation, Campgaw Mountain Reservation and Darlington County Park to the public during the COVID-19 pandemic. Other county parks remain open but prohibit any vehicular traffic. The County enacted these measures in a further effort to slow the spread of the pandemic. The Executive Order, which is attached to this email, takes effect Friday, March 27th, at 8 a.m.
According to the NJDOH, Bergen County has 1206 cases of COVID-19, the highest case count of any county.
