Today is Thursday, November 28, Thanksgiving Day 2019.

We are grateful for Bernard’s life and that we were able to honor him this week and to witness such an expression of grief and joy. I believe there was something about Bernard that embraced us , something  that brought us into his story of grace and sadness. He was and will remain a  good  and insightful soul and a most dear and happy friend to many.

We will speak of  his legacy of courage to his nieces and nephews; keeping his spirit and memory alive.
