Both houses’s budget committees will vote on the FY 2018 budget.  The Senate is scheduled for a voting session as well as Budget and Judiciary Committee hearings in the afternoon, while the Assembly Budget Committee will meet in the morning.

 

A few highlights from the Senate Judiciary Committee: the committee will vote on Assemblyman Dave Rible’s nomination as Director of ABC, Michele Brown as a member of the Horizon BCBSNJ Board of Trustees, Gov. Christie counsel Greg Acquaviva for Monmouth Superior Court,  ELEC 825 Chairman Greg Lavalee re-nominated for the NJ Transportation Trust Fund Authority, and Marguerite Simon for ELEC’s Board of Commissioners to replace deceased Lawrence Weiss.
