Early morning delivery.

Then the truck turned and backed into a space, and people on the sidewalk looked at the flashing image on the side. It was a big colorful picture of Bobby Kennedy, Jr., standing there with Donald Trump, the Republican nominee for president. “JOIN KENNEDY. Vote for Donald Trump this November.”

JOIN Kennedy at a distance actually looks like “John Kennedy.”

Where’s Lloyd Bentsen when you need him, to tell him that Junior’s no Jack?

“Worst campaign I ever seen,” someone muttered, watching the driver climb down from the cab and head into the fast-food restaurant.
