Hirsh Singh was seen last night at the Monmouth County Birthday Party for County Clerk Christine Hanlon.  Singh has been rumored to be exploring a run for U.S. Senate and is also said to have been traveling up and down the state to meet with County Chairmen and other influencers, according to a source.

Singh’s gubernatorial candidacy in the GOP primary last year impressed many.  

“He would be a great candidate,” the source said.  “Bob Menendez has been an elected official for 44 years and now he’s asking for 6 more?  The voters will gravitate to someone like Singh – young, dynamic, successful, engaging, innovative….  he checks every box.”

An Egg Harbor resident, Singh also has been gauging potential candidacy in CD2.
