Viewing Arrangements for the Honorable Congressman Payne

Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. and the Payne Family announced that the Honorable Congressman Donald M. Payne, Jr. will lie in state in the Essex County Historic Courthouse on Wednesday, May 1st.

Congressman Payne will lie in state as follows:

Date:               Wednesday, May 1, 2024

Time:              11 a.m. to 12 noon โ€“ Private Viewing

                        12 Noon to 12 Midnight โ€“ Public Viewing

Place:             Essex County Historic Courthouse

                                                Newark, NJ
