WATCH: Hugin Goes on Offense in Developing U.S. Senate Contest (VIDEO)

VINELAND – Pharma executive Bob Hugin in his speech to the Cumberland County GOP bashed incumbent U.S. Senator Bob Menendez (NJ) as a “machine politician who has served himself and failed all of us,” presenting himself as a Marine and proud businessman who will have the resources to oust Menendez in November.

Mike Testa, the GOP chairman here in Cumberland, put Hugin’s name in play for nomination to the United States Senate.

Hugin was expected to beat his rival Brian Goldberg for the backing of the party organization.
