**Newark, NJ** – In a powerful display of solidarity, New Jersey will host its largest women’s rally in support of Kamala Harris for President, headlined by prominent leaders & Host Chairs, Council President Joyce Watterman, Former Newark Councilwoman Gayle Chaneyfield, Mercer County Assemblywoman Tennille McCoy, and Former Democratic East Orange Chair Catherine Willis.

The event is set for Wednesday, August 28, 2024. This rally is expected to draw thousands of supporters and already over 1300 RSVP’s united in their commitment to advancing women’s rights and promoting a progressive agenda for the nation.

As the first female Vice President and a trailblazer for women in politics, Kamala Harris represents a vision of leadership that resonates deeply with women across the country. This rally aims to not only show support for her candidacy but also to elevate the voices of women who are passionate about issues such as healthcare, education, racial justice, and economic equality.
