CD4 Democratic challenger Josh Welle released his first TV ad of the season this week.

The ad - running on local stations in the 4th district - highlights incumbent U.S. Rep. Chris Smith's (R-4) and Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh's pro-life views.

"If Brett Kavanaugh and Chris Smith have their way, Roe v. Wade will be overturned," says the narrator.
